  • Weekly weigh-ins! You may weigh-in at any time at any of our 4 locations. Pick up your personal tracking card at the time of your first visit! Weigh-in all 14 weeks and receive a t-shirt!

  • Weekly incentives to help work towards your goal!

Stay Accountable with Y Staff:

  • Weekly group sessions to sample classes, learn strategies for success or share your experiences! Each week we will hold a group session meeting at one of our 4 branch locations. Every time you attend a session you will be entered into a drawing for a raffle prize!  

FREE for Members!

All members that weigh-in all 14 weeks will receive a t-shirt!
