Metro North YMCA Tritons Swim Team and Dive Team

Swim Team Tryouts:

Torigian Family YMCA
May 11, 2022 6:00pm-7:30pm

Please sign up at the Welcome Center or online to reserve your tryout time.

Requirements:

Ages 5-8 – 25 yards freestyle and backstroke with strong forward motion, and a basic idea of breaststroke and butterfly.

Ages 9-12 – 50 yards freestyle and backstroke, 25 yards full stroke butterfly and breaststroke.

Ages 13+older – proficient knowledge of all 4 strokes, starts, and turns.

Please Note:

If you are not a member of the YMCA of Metro North you will need to create an online account with our organization. Once you have an account, you will need to register online. Please select the time that best works for you schedule.
