Let us help you get fit in the New Year! A certified personal trainer will take you and your team of 3 peers through a safe and effective workout, once per week. You will be assigned workouts to do on your own or with your teammates. This 7 week program well set you up to succeed for the rest of the year. The program includes:

  • Pre and post body composition assessments
  • Weekly workouts with a certified personal trainer
  • Weekly workout plans from your personal trainer to do on your own or with your teammates
  • Fitness challenges to keep you motivated
