TARA BRIGGS

Tara holds a 200-hour Teacher Training certification. Yoga has helped Tara in her own journey of recovery and overall well-being. It has given her strength and ability to process her grief from losing her brother to his own battle with addiction. Her basic but powerful classes, inspired by Vinyasa, are geared to all fitness levels and abilities while being fun and challenging. She inspires her participants to be in the moment and gives them confidence to embrace who they are on and off the mat.
