The Demakes Family YMCA in Lynn is proud to announce it has received a $5,000 charitable contribution from GE Aerospace Foundation to support youth development and community-based programming in Lynn. This generous donation reinforces GE Aerospace’s commitment to lifting communities and investing in the people and neighborhoods where their employees live and work.

The donation will support the YMCA’s programs, which provide access to childcare, swim lessons, after-school programs, and teen enrichment initiatives. More than 50% of youth attending YMCA programs in Lynn receive some form of scholarship support, making philanthropic partnerships like this one vital to the Y’s mission.
