PSA includes Gov. Maura Healey, Devin McCourty, Tom Caron, and Ayla Brown

[April 24th – Peabody, MA] The YMCA of Metro North released a 2023 PSA on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention in collaboration with the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCA’s for National Child Abuse Prevention Month.

The video features Governor Maura Healey, Patriot’s Devon McCourty, Tom Caron, NESN, and Ayla Brown, Country 102.5 along with Alliance of Massachusetts YMCA’s Board President David Connell.

The PSA is released ahead of the YMCA’s national Five Days of Action campaign. The campaign is a week-long effort to raise awareness and inspire adults to take action to protect children from sexual abuse. This year, the campaign takes place April 24-28, 2023.

YMCAs across the Commonwealth will host events and have online resources available to help people know the warning signs of when a child is in danger of being sexually abused and take steps to prevent it.
