The YMCA is excited to announce the annual Healthy Kids Day, set for Saturday, April 26, 2025 in three locations across the Metro North. This free, community-wide event aims to inspire children and families to stay active, engaged, and healthy throughout the summer months and beyond.

Healthy Kids Day is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families.

For over 30 years, YMCAs across the country have hosted free events designed to inspire kids and families to keep their minds and bodies active.

The YMCA will offer a variety of fun and educational activities designed to keep children moving, exploring, and developing essential skills. Families attending the event will have the opportunity to connect with local community organizations and resources that support children’s learning, health, and growth.
