Road Race Series

Our YMCA of Metro North 5K road races and Half Marathon are family-friendly and professionally timed by our race partners to determine overall winners. Prizes are awarded to top finishers in each age group, and fun raffle drawings give everyone a chance to win.

The YMCA of Metro North Road Race Series supports a wide range of charitable programs that strengthen our community. By participating in one of our four unique 5K races or our Half Marathon, you help support the YMCA of Metro North Annual Fund, which raised more than $3 million in 2025 to provide access to essential child care, camp, and health and wellness programs for all.

We’re also excited to introduce our new 5K Family Rate! Families can now register four family members for just $100, making it easier than ever to run or walk together. It’s the perfect way to get the whole family moving, make race day even more fun, and create lasting memories at the starting line– all while supporting a great cause. This special rate is exclusively for family members, ideal for parents, kids, and siblings ready to get active together.
