From skills and drills to small group training. We have programs for all ages and abilities. Learn, gain strength, get active, and have fun with the Y.
Winter Session Dates:
January 3 – February 20
Swim Lessons are open for Parent-Child Swim, Private Swim Lessons, Lifeguard Training, and more schedules coming soon. Members can also reserve a swim lane in the pool or sign up for a limited number of family swim time in the indoor and outdoor pool.
Youth Sports this summer offers skills and drills in basketball and soccer for a variety of age groups. The Y sets up an inclusive and interactive environment so children have a safe environment to learn a new sport or fine-tune skills for an activity they already enjoy.
Health and Wellness programs at the Y focus on fitness, disease prevention, and healthy living to motivate you to reach your health goals. Programs are available for adults and teens. Yoga, Tabata, small group training, circuit training, weight training, and more.
Enrichment classes help children form lasting friendships, build character, and strengthen core values through a variety of activities designed for all interests.
Gymnastics classes build strength, flexibility, self-confidence, and coordination. Our 12,000 square foot, state of the art facility hosts a variety of programs designed to help children and adults thrive at their own pace while building strength, flexibility, self-confidence and coordination.
Registration is open to members of the YMCA of Metro North. Log on to your account online to browse programs and register. Instruction for accessing your account can be found on our website. Your membership will be activated after registering for programs and classes.
