The Y is committed to improving the health and well-being of people in our community. This commitment goes beyond coming to our fitness facilities to exercise, we want to keep people healthy and engaged wherever they may be. While many of our members are at-home, the Y is offering virtual health, enrichment, and educational activities to provide support and motivation to our members and our neighbors in the region.
