Y Connect is the YMCA of Metro North virtual membership to keep you connected to our health community at home, on the go, and online. The membership features your favorite YMCA group fitness classes live, on-demand videos, health news, access to special online events, and more. A virtual membership at the YMCA lets you stay connected to your friends, your community, and your health goals –even when you’re unable to come into the Y.Your membership gives you access to stream content and video on our new group fitness platform powered by MotionVibe and to access content on the YMCA of Metro North app.

A virtual membership is an online only membership that does not enable branch access. Current facility members have full access to all virtual content at the Y.
