Receive a full hour or half-hour of personal training that will leave you feeling great and energetic! You will receive a FREE introductory half-hour evaluation session when you purchase your first training package!

The Ys commitment to community goes beyond coming to our fitness facilities to exercise, we want to keep people healthy and engaged wherever they may be. While many of our members are at-home, the Y is offering virtual health, enrichment, and educational activities to provide support and motivation to our members and our neighbors in the region.

KICK THE SUGAR CHALLENGE
You will be provided with a list of acceptable and non-acceptable foods, and receive daily educational and motivational emails that will include recipes that are simple and easy to prepare. You will also have access to a private Facebook group where you have the opportunity to discuss your experience and share recipe ideas with fellow participants.

Experience connection with others who share a similar journey, by participating in a 12-Step based voluntary discussion and group support combined with a Yoga practice specifically designed to cultivate physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
