Thank you for your patience as we work through the challenging circumstances related to the coronavirus. After closing our facilities, staff are still working remotely to manage your requests and questions. Please know we are working as quickly as possible to respond.
Many of your questions are related to the cancellation of Spring programs. We will be issuing a prorated credit for the programs to your YMCA of Metro North account. This process will take a couple of weeks to finish, so we appreciate your patience as we credit your accounts.
Recently, we changed our online member software. To access your account and check on the status of your credit, you will need to login with your email address and update your password to activate your online account.
