The Y is committed to improving the health and well-being of people in our community. This commitment goes beyond coming to our fitness facilities to exercise, we want to keep people healthy wherever they may be. When you are with the Y, it gives you access to much more than the gym, it connects you to a health movement that looks to create a profound impact on fitness, positive youth development, and a responsibility to keep our members and the region healthy in mind, body, and spirit.

While many of our members are at-home, the Y is offering virtual health and wellness opportunities to provide support, motivation, and assistance to people in our communities.
