Mindful Health: Strategies for a Healthier You

The Y is committed to improving the health, nutrition and well-being of people in our community. This commitment goes beyond coming to our fitness facilities to exercise, we want to keep people healthy wherever they may be. When you are with the Y, it gives you access to much more than the gym, it connects you to a health movement that looks to create a profound impact on fitness, disease prevention, and adherence to a healthy lifestyle, all to better the overall health of our region. While many of our members are at-home, the Y is offering virtual health, nutrition and wellness programs to provide support and motivation to help you reach your health goals.

Natalie DeNardo and Nicole Wade guide participants through times of stress, like a pandemic, with strategies for creating and achieving reasonable goals, managing and avoiding stress eating, and troubleshoot challenges to staying healthy!  Join us for our Mindful Health: Strategies for a Healthier You virtual health coaching series Tuesdays at 7:00pm this summer.
